Who we are

What data we collect

When you send an enquiry or make a booking we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, postal address and country (when provided), and your stay details (dates, room, guests, and any message), together with the IP address of the device you book from. If you pay online by card, the payment is processed on our acquiring bank's secure CaSys/cPay page with 3-D Secure — we never receive or store your card number on this website.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to manage your reservation and stay (the lawful basis is the performance of, or steps toward, a contract with you). Where you have opted in, we may also send you news and offers (the lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months after your last contact, and booking and stay records for as long as required by Macedonian tax and accounting law (typically up to 10 years). Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with the service providers needed to deliver your stay — our booking and channel-management partner, our email provider, and, for online card payments, our acquiring bank and its payment processor CaSys/cPay — and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
