How cancellations and refunds work for direct bookings made on this website.

Flexible rate

Free cancellation up to your arrival date. You may cancel or change the booking at no charge before check-in.

Non-refundable rate

Non-refundable rate, paid at the property. Once the booking is made it cannot be changed or cancelled and no refund is due, except where required by law.

How refunds are issued

Where a refund is due, it is issued by the same method you paid by. If you paid online by card, any approved refund is returned to that card through our acquiring bank, normally within a few business days (the time to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer). Refunds are processed in Macedonian denars (MKD).

No-shows

If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the rate's cancellation terms above apply.
