Service Delivery

City Palace Hotel sells an accommodation service — there are no physical goods and no shipment. "Delivery" means your confirmed reservation and the stay itself.

Booking confirmation

As soon as your booking (and, for online card payments, the payment) is completed, you receive an email confirmation with your reservation details. This confirmation is your proof of the booked service.

What you receive

The room and dates you booked, with breakfast and all applicable taxes as shown at booking. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 11:00. There is no physical shipment of any kind.
